Merchandising

Van Sales
We have a nationwide van sales operation with a focus on over 25,000 convenience format retailers. This team can be used on a tactical basis to deliver core range distribution gains and support in the launch of NPD.
We operate 2 models; Option One has stock being pulled from wholesalers around the UK whereas Option Two has suppliers sending the stock directly to our distribution centre which is then sold across the UK.
NPD Support
We have a vast experience of launching NPD across the UK.
Using our van sales solution or our compliance team to check on shelf availability we can offer all solutions, this includes POS distribution & placement, sample stock and full cases. Our solution is to inform, influence, execute and audit.
Data & Insight
We continuously collect data and insight from all retail outlets. All projects are finalised with full reporting and insight so there is a complete project conclusion.
We also have access to over 3,000 retail outlets EPOS daily delivering full visibility of what is selling & when. This data tells us where there are gaps and opportunities which we can then collectively decide how to address.
Logistics & Distribution
Fully managed warehouse solution based in the Midlands for your product & POS needs whether is be storage, distribution or collation. This also includes store returns nationwide.
We work on moving products, POS and display units from the warehouse to in-store.
POS Support
We are experienced in ensuring all our clients POS projects are implemented leaving the consumer with no doubt of the promotion or product on display.
Our team can ‘walk in’ POS to ensure we secure those all important locations to distract the consumer shopping experience enough to take note of your message.
Mystery Shopping
Our mystery shoppers deliver an accurate picture of the customer experience with your brand(s). we can help you achieve your customer service objectives using mystery shopping and customer research.

Auditing & Compliance
Quality information on entry and exit. Auditing can be around availability, out of stocks, promotional set up and store set up in terms of space.
We can take 3rd party data i.e. sales data and overlay this data on the report to give a full picture and understanding of the data.
