Our Tech, Cobalt
Our bespoke hand-held reporting app, accessible to all of our staff, ensures reporting is accurate and real-time. We capture both questionnaire feedback and photographs through Cobalt.
Field staff can access historical data, sales aids and promotional material to assist on the required tasks in store.
Active Call File
We manage the store call file, ensuring the stores visited are relevant. Cobalt assigns the calls to the correct field rep based on location and skillset.
Any closed down stores are removed from the call file and advised to the client along with any poor performing stores.
Visit Information
Our field team have access to all relevant information via Cobalt on their handheld devices, this includes;
- Full job brief
- Planograms
- Store relevant information such as proof of delivery for POS
- Historical store data relevant to the visit
- Questionnaire to be completed by the field rep
- Any updates to the activity
Stock Count
We can complete a stock count through Cobalt using our barcode scanners which ensures an accurate count of all suppliers products.
Accurate stock counts help to identify any shrinkage and can be separated by different locations e.g. shop floor, storeroom, damages etc.
Data is updated directly to a portal for the client to view.
Image Recognition
Partnering with a global image recognition provider Inspire captures the benefit of Image recognition and AI in one place.
The technology can scan, report back and use AI to maintain back office product databases. Data can then be overlaid with sales and category data to provide full management information.
Approval Process
The account team follow a strict approval process when checking reports and photos, this involves;
- Ensuring accurate reporting of the activity
- Check for good quality photos which represent report data
- System checks for any anomalous results before a report is submitted to the client
Client Portal
A client portal is available to give an overview of the activities, this includes;
- Topline summary of the visits
- In-store photos available to download
- Raw data available to download
- Per store activity reports to drill down to micro level
